Show Guide:
A printed Show Guide packed with information on the exhibition
and the scale model industry will be available at the show.
Advertising costs are: Full page £80.00, Half page £48.00 and
Quarter page £ 27.00. Covers, full colour and spot colour prices on
application to Ray
Strutt.
Stands:
All exhibitors will hire either a shell stand or a booth,
giving each of them their own 'space'.
The shell stands are priced at £49.00/sq.metre and are all 2 metres
deep. In practice, the minimum usable size is 6sq. metres, but 5sq.
metres is possible, with a 2.5 metre frontage.
Tables will be supplied to exhibitors requirements.
The booths are 2.75 metres x 2 metres deep, with 1.5 metre high walls
and the price is £154.00, with one table included. Notwithstanding the
above, variations can be provided if required - e.g. corner stands,
extended booths, etc..

Catering:
Permanent catering facilities are situated in the complex,
immediately adjacent to the Warwick Hall which we are using. They will
be available throughout the opening hours of the show.
Warwick Hall:
The Warwick Hall is approx.43metres x 21metres, with carpet
tiled floor. It has its own entrance and reception area and a large
roller shutter door which provides excellent access for exhibitors.
Display Cases:
Free standing glass display cases, measuring approx. 1.8
m. x 0.9m x 0.45m deep will be available for hire.
